ཆོས་རྗེ་ས་པཎ་ཀུན་དགའ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་གྱིས་མཛད།

顶礼上师
Homage to Guru
ན་མོ་བུདྡྷ་ཡ།
皈依佛
I take refuge in the Buddha
ན་མོ་ངྷརྨཱ་ཡ།
皈依法
I take refuge in the Dharma
ན་མཿཿསངྒྷཡ།
皈依僧
I take refuge in the Sangha
བདག་གིས་མཆོག་གསུམ་དམ་པར་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས།།
顶礼殊胜三宝
I prostrate to the supreme Three Jewels
བདག་ཅག་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་འདག་པར་ཤོག །
清净我与众生诸罪障
May the misdeeds of myself and all beings be purified
ལག་གཉིས་མཉམ་པར་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས།།
双手平等对齐而合十
With hands evenly aligned and palms joined
ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་ཟུང་འཇུག་འཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །
获得方便与智慧双运
May I attain the union of Bodhicitta and Emptiness
ཐལ་མོ་སྤྱི་བོའི་གཙུག་ཏུ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས།།
双手于头顶合十
With joined hands placed on the crown of my head
ཞིང་མཆོག་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །
愿能往生殊胜极乐刹
May I be reborn in the supreme Pure Land of Great Bliss
ཐལ་མོ་སྨིན་མཚམས་དཔྲལ་བར་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས།།
双手于眉间合十
With joined hands placed between my eyebrows
ལུས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་འདག་པར་ཤོག །
愿能清净一切身罪障
May all physical misdeeds be purified
ཐལ་མོ་མགྲིན་པའི་ཐད་དུ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས།།
双手于喉间合十
With joined hands placed at my throat
ངག་གི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་འདག་པར་ཤོག །
愿能清净一切口罪障
May all verbal misdeeds be purified
ཐལ་མོ་སྙིང་གི་ཐད་དུ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས།།
双手于心口合十
With joined hands placed at my heart
ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་འདག་པར་ཤོག །
愿能清净一切意罪障
May all mental misdeeds be purified
ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་སོ་སོར་ཕྱེ་བ་ཡིས།།
合十双手分开
Separating my joined hands
གཟུགས་སྐུ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་དོན་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །
愿以二身成办众生义
May I accomplish the welfare of beings with the two bodies
རྐང་གཉིས་པུས་མོ་ས་ལ་བཙུགས་པ་ཡིས།།
双膝跪地
Kneeling with both knees on the ground
འཁོར་བ་ངན་སོང་གནས་ལས་ཐར་བར་ཤོག །
愿能脱离轮回之恶道
May I be freed from the lower realms of samsara
ལག་གཉིས་སོར་བཅུ་ས་ལ་བཙུགས་པ་ཡིས།།
双手十指触地
Touching the ground with all ten fingers
ས་བཅུ་ལམ་ལྔ་རིམ་གྱིས་བགྲོད་པར་ཤོག །
愿能次第进入十地五道
May I progressively enter the ten grounds and five paths
མགོ་བོའི་དཔྲལ་བ་ས་ལ་བཙུག་པ་ཡིས།།
额头触地
Touching the ground with my forehead
བཅུ་གཅིག་ཀུན་ཏུ་འོད་ཀྱི་ས་འཐོབ་ཤོག །
愿能证得十一普光地
May I attain the eleventh ground of Universal Light
ཡན་ལག་བཞི་བོ་བརྐྱངས་བསྐུམས་བྱས་པ་ཡིས།།
四肢伸缩
Stretching and contracting my four limbs
འཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞི་ལྷུན་གྱིས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །
愿获得四业自然成就
May I naturally accomplish the four activities
རྩ་རྒྱུས་ཐམས་ཅད་བརྐྱངས་བསྐུམས་བྱས་པ་ཡིས།།
全身筋脉伸缩
Stretching and contracting all my tendons and channels
རྩ་མདུད་ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་དགྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །
愿无余解开诸脉结
May all the knots in my channels be completely freed
སྒལ་ཚིགས་དབུ་མ་དགྱེ་སྒུར་བྱས་པ་ཡིས།།
脊柱中脉伸直和弯曲
Straightening and bending my spine and central channel
རླུང་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་དབུ་མར་ཚུད་པར་ཤོག །
愿气无余入中脉
May all winds enter the central channel
ས་ལ་ཐུག་ནས་ཡར་ལ་ལྡིང་བ་ཡིས།།
触地后起身
Rising from the ground
འཁོར་བར་མི་གནས་ཐར་ལམ་འཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །
愿能离开轮回得解脱
May I be liberated from samsara
བདག་གིས་བརྐྱངས་ཕྱག་ཕུལ་བའི་དགེ་བའི་མཐུས།།
以我大礼拜之功德力
By the power of my great prostrations
གནས་སྐབས་ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས།།
愿能暂时长寿无病且圆满
May I temporarily have long life, health, and perfection
འཆི་ཚེ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེས་ནས་ཀྱང་།།
临终往生极乐净土
At death, may I be reborn in the Pure Land of Great Bliss
རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་གོ་འཕང་འཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །
并获得圆满佛果位
And attain the state of perfect Buddhahood
དགེ་འདིས་དུས་གསུམ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་།།
以此礼拜所积之善资
By the merit accumulated through these prostrations
བློ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་སྲས་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས།།
诸佛及大心菩萨
May I be able to accomplish
མཛད་པ་སྨོན་ལམ་རླབས་ཆེན་ཇི་སྙེད་པ།།
所发一切广大愿
All the vast aspirations
མཐའ་དག་བདག་ཉིད་གཅིག་པུས་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །
愿我悉皆能成办。
Made by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
