Due to the ongoing global pandemic, our Seven-Day Meditation Retreat in October 2020 continued to be held online, too. The first day of the event happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, through which 2500 fellow practitioners from all over the world were reunited online. Although we did not sit next to each other to meditate as previously, the energy was still the same. This time, we continued the study of The Platform Sutra, written by the Sixth Patriarch of Chan Buddhism. We dedicated all our merits of 14-day group practice to world peace and the swift cessation of the pandemic.
