The Seven-Day Meditation Retreat reached new heights as the number of participants grew to 100. To accommodate the larger group, we held the retreat in a temple, and we followed the standardized procedure typically used by traditional Seven-Day-Meditation-Retreat hosts in China. Despite some participants being new to meditation, our team provided ample guidance and support, and everyone learned a great deal. The atmosphere at the event was electric as practitioners eagerly immersed themselves in the study, contemplation, and practice of Buddhadharma. Senior Sangha Fan Yu led the teachings, focusing on the great treatise of the Mind-Only School of Buddhism, Verses Delineating the Eight Consciousnesses. Through these teachings, we gained a deep understanding of the Eight Consciousnesses, the true nature of the world, and how it functions. The retreat was a resounding success, and all participants relished the opportunity to engage in this transformative experience alongside like-minded individuals. It was a true testament to the power of meditation and the teachings of Buddhadharma to bring people together and cultivate inner peace and wisdom.
